Online Prenup
An attorney-reviewed prenuptial agreement created through an online platform (LegalZoom, HelloPrenup) — typically $599-$749. Distinct from a DIY template.
An online prenup is created through a platform that combines a structured questionnaire with state-specific drafting and review by an attorney licensed in your state. This is materially different from a free DIY template, which has neither customization nor review.
For simple cases, online prenups are a reasonable middle ground between DIY templates (high failure rate) and full attorney engagement ($2,000-$15,000). For anything complex, full attorney representation remains the right path.
